Welcome to the Wickenheiser Mechanical Shipping Policy. We appreciate your interest in our products and services. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our delivery and shipment options, as well as important guidelines for receiving your orders safely and efficiently.

 

Delivery & Shipment Options:

 

At Wickenheiser Mechanical, we understand that our products vary in size and weight. Therefore, we offer multiple shipment options to suit your needs:

 

Small Items: For items such as controllers or thermostats, rates are calculated at checkout. These items are typically shipped directly to your delivery address via national carriers or 3rd-party couriers.

 

Mid-sized and Large Items: At checkout, you’ll have two options available along with applicable rates:

 

Terminal Pick-up: This option requires you to arrange transportation of the ordered item(s) from one of our partner terminals to your final destination. We’ll provide the pick-up terminal location via email and/or phone before shipping. If a reasonably located partner terminal is unavailable, we’ll explore alternative options with you, including a full refund.

Local Delivery: We offer delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Your ordered item(s) will be shipped via one of our LTL freight partners, who will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure you’re available to accept the delivery or arrange an alternative appointment to avoid any additional charges.


Shipment Times:

 

Our goal is to deliver your product within 10 business days to the nearest pickup depot, post office, or your doorstep whenever possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on shipment distances and regional challenges. We’ll keep you informed of the delivery status through provided shipment tracking information.

 

If you haven’t received your product within 28 calendar days from the delivery date indicated on the invoice due to shipping delays, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund, excluding circumstances where delivery attempts were unsuccessful or prior delivery appointments were arranged.

 

Delivery Times:

 

Local deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday between 07:30 & 19:30 local time, but may vary based on the carrier. Terminal or depot pick-up hours depend on location and carrier; please confirm directly with the local delivery depot or terminal.

 

Additional Information:

 

While we strive to fulfill all online orders as placed, there may be instances where challenges arise. If any issues with your order are anticipated, we’ll reach out to discuss potential solutions directly.

 

Wickenheiser Mechanical reserves the right to adjust or increase shipping prices. While we aim for accurate shipping quotes during checkout, there may be instances where adjustments are necessary. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any changes and provide the option to cancel the order without incurring costs.
