Refund Policy
**General Return Policy Statement:**
Buying a new furnace or water heater is a significant investment, and at Wickenheiser Mechanical, we understand the importance of making the right choice. That’s why we’ve implemented a flexible return policy to support you in your decision-making process. Should you have any doubts or questions about our products, we encourage you to reach out to us for professional guidance before making a purchase.
Given the nature of our products, we have specific eligibility criteria for returns, outlined below. We advise you to carefully consider the storage of your product post-delivery and pre-installation to prevent any damage.

**Return Policy:**
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. Within the initial 7 days from the purchase date, if you change your mind or find an alternative, we’ll accept returned products and issue a full refund, subject to the Return Product Eligibility criteria outlined below.
After the initial 7-day period, we provide an additional 83-day return window for all products with a mandatory 25% restocking fee, contingent upon meeting the Return Product Eligibility criteria.
Please note that Custom Solutions and Custom System Packages offered by Wickenheiser Mechanical are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. For more information, refer to the “Returns and Cancellations Exclusion for Custom Solutions or Custom System Packages” section below.
Return shipping costs will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly at Jess@wickmech.ca for assistance and eligibility verification.
**Return Product Eligibility:**
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that do not meet the following criteria:
– The product is not a Custom Solution or Custom System Package from Wickenheiser Mechanical.
– The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
– The packaging must show no signs of damage, usage, or tampering.
– All returned packages and items will undergo comprehensive testing by ourselves, a qualified third party, or the manufacturer to verify their working condition.
Upon inspection, refunds will be issued based on the above conditions.
If you’re uncertain about your purchase’s eligibility for a return, please reach out to us for clarification.
**Returns and Cancellations Exclusion for Custom Solutions or Custom System Packages:**
Due to the customized nature of these products, cancellations and refunds are not possible. This includes custom ordered items and packages directly requested through a Wickenheiser Mechanical agent.
If you’re unsure whether your products fall under these criteria, please contact your sales agent for clarification.
**Manufacturer Defect Claims:**
Returned items due to claimed manufacturer defects will undergo verification by the manufacturer before any replacements or refunds are issued.
This process may take up to 90 days from initiation.
**Order Error on Behalf of Wickenheiser Mechanical:**
In cases of order fulfillment mistakes, return shipping costs will be covered by Wickenheiser Mechanical, and a full refund will be issued upon meeting the Return Product Eligibility criteria.
**How to Start a Return Request:**
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a return, please email us at Jess@wickmech.ca with your invoice number, contact information, and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
**Product Exchange:**
We do not have a set exchange policy, but we’re open to discussing product switches on a case-by-case basis if you meet the Return Product Eligibility criteria.
**Refunds:**
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to your original payment method. If necessary, contact your payment provider for support if the original method is unavailable.
Please note that shipping costs for cancelled or returned orders, excluding errors on our part, will not be refunded.
**Damages and Issues:**
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or discrepancies. We’ll promptly address and resolve the issue.
**Updated Returns Policy for Wickenheiser Mechanical:**
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. After this time, Wickenheiser Mechanical Ltd. will not accept any claims. Please ensure you inspect your product upon arrival and take pictures of any damage.
